Phoebe Macleay is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
She has extensive experience in the compensable healthcare sector, supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, workplace stress and burnout, personality disorders, and neurodivergent needs. Phoebe also works with individuals adjusting to workplace or motor vehicle accident injuries, chronic illness, and persistent pain conditions.
Her approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition, Phoebe provides comprehensive ADHD assessments for clients aged 18 years and older. She is committed to offering neuro-affirming care that values and respects neurological diversity.
